iTeam is distinct from the popular Team Building or Team
Bonding programs. It not only enables relationship and task
based bonding amongst the team members, but also helps the
team members to co-create a shared context for them to, identify
with, relate to and volunteer to making it happen. Thus, it
brings a fair amount of self-managed team synergy.
