Leadership Development & Transition program
iLead
is a comprehensive end-to-end leadership development and transition
program meant for employees potentially earmarked evolving
into taking leadership roles. It has been designed keeping
in mind the current business context and imperatives demanding
team and individual performance through participative leadership.
iLead is meant to
enable individuals supplement their technical and process
skills with people management competencies for performance,
growth and evolution.
TARGET GROUP:
Team Leaders, Project Leads or employees in any other position
required to move up the responsibility chain by virtue of
sustained technical performance.
LEARNING OBJECTIVE (s) FOR PARTICIPANTS:
- Unlearn limiting habits, paradigms and mental models
- Imbibe learnability and adaptability to changing habitats
- Identify their innate leadership talents and potentials
as individuals
- Acquire attitudinal and behavioral skills to facilitate
team performance
- Influence, hold and conserve the overall organizational
contex
THE APPROACH
The program encompasses end-to-end leadership development
- starting from personal leadership & mastery to context leadership.
The various stages of development are envisaged to be:
At the outset, the baseline people management competencies
of individual participant is sensed and assessed through personal
interviews, questionnaires and psychometrics.
Depending on these baseline competencies, (s)he is recommended
an entry point which can be any of the four stages in the
leadership development cycle. Also, in course of the leadership
development any participant in a later stage wishing to go
through a process of renewal can move backwards to an earlier
stage.

At the end of every stage a realistic commitment plan with
measurement criteria, sustenance mechanism and risk management
plan has to be compulsorily drawn by each participant and
endorsed by appropriate enabler within the organization for
implementation in the next 15 / 20 days.
On completion of the implementation of the commitment plan
and before entry to the next stage, we offer services for
progress review and competency assessment of each participant.
This will involve measurement of indicators (achieved), evaluation
of causes for deviation, course correction required (if, any)
and recommendations for sustenance.
One-to-one executive coaching and mentoring services may be
provided for individual participants needing personal attention,
on a case-to-case basis.
