 We
facilitate enterprises to discover their Shared Values and
Purpose and co-create Shared Vision. This is not a typical
training program or intervention but is customized to every
organization's business directions and need.
For maximum effectiveness we start with carrying out a baseline
assessment of the organization essence, guardianship,
form and shape which can be anywhere between half day to two
days, depending on the size of the organization and the scope
of the organization context to be co-created / discovered.
Based on the data gathered from the baseline assessment we
design and facilitate programs for various groups
of employees and other relevant stakeholders to involve them
in the discovery and co-creation.
We offer follow-up services to enable organization
manage continuous evolution of the organization context.
