As a part of its consulting offerings, iProdigy provides support for evolution and implementation of overall brand management / keeping tactics, action / sustenance plans and periodic health check including coaching for brand guardians.

The methodologies used are participative, reflective, facilitative and behavioral. They envisage participation of employees across the functions, hierarchies and experience bands and preferably customer, partners and other external stakeholders. Depending on the size and composition of the group, brainstorming, guided dialogs, role-plays, simulations and inquiry / advocacies are extensively used.
