Purpose
iProdigy is here with a single minded purpose to accompany
organizations and individuals seeking to move to a new level
of participation and performance to consciously evolve and
create their own realities, by raising
their level of awareness about their own being and the
environment in which they exist.
In effect, it is committed to accompany organizations and
individuals in their endeavor to create living organizations
that evolve and grow by adapting to the changing environment,
continuously. Living Organizations, which sense, feel, reach
out and relate to the new ecology around it, as a natural
response to the dynamics of change in the environment.
Our Beliefs
- Organizations are 'living' entities, not mere economical
machines
- A living identity, which is distinct from the collective,
is at the heart of such living organizations
- The essence of this organizational identity encapsulates
the Memetic DNA and embodies the core values
- This immutable essence represents the 'being' of a business
and cannot be engineered but only discovered.
- Organizations evolve with time by relating to entities
in the eco-system - employees, customers, partners and investors.
- The character of an organization is 'lived' by the stakeholder
through creating authentic experiences. It's more about
what they do than what they say.
This is a significant departure from some of the classical
beliefs of organization development and change management.
We are sensitive to the fact that change manages us rather
than being fixed with paradigms of managing change by design.
