Prof. K. K Mehta
KK, as he is known, brings a rare mix of practicing management and management education, which consists of fifty years of corporate managerial experience including twenty years of teaching post graduate students of Management. His last stint with corporate sector was as Vice President – HR with a leading engineering group having several joint ventures with German, Dutch and US principals.
Subsequent to post-graduation form Tata Institute of Social Sciences (1954), Prof. Mehta had advanced training in Organizational Behaviour and Behaviour Science under late Prof. Douglas McGregor of Sloan School-MIT, in 1963/

He had a long stint consulting for Motorola (2 Years) and SAP Labs (1 Years). His level of energy besides competences can be highly contagious.
Prof. Mehta was invited as a member to the first police Commission set up for training IPS Cadre along with other dignitaries. The IPS Academy at Hyderabad is the outcome of the reports submitted by the commission. Besides various Behavioural sciences / Management subjects added to the curriculum.
He is founder professional member of ISISD and was Dean Professional Development of ISABS (1993-96), besides being an active professional member. In terms of numbers, over 50,000 persons have been exposed to Prof. Mehta through Post Graduate Teaching at Management Institutes, Workshops and laboratories.
He has been instrumental as an Institution builder too, and has to his credit the setting up of Goa Institute of Mgt Studies and Career Launcher (India) Ltd.
Prof. Mehta is a participant and a faculty for National Training Laboratories (NTL, USA)
