 Indraneel is the Founder & Managing director of iProdigy Learning Services Pvt. Ltd. (http://www.iprodigy.net). A seven-year old consulting institution, iProdigy is committed to engender evolution and enable bottomlines of organizations and individuals, through organization development and learning & development solutions and services.
In his two decades of association with the Information Technology and its user industries, Indraneel has significantly contributed to enable evolution in the organizations he had been associated with, through people and process interventions.
A thorough-bred in traditional and contemporary disciplines of organization and people development, Indraneel has been associated with reputed companies like CMC, Thermax, Fujitsu-ICIM, Software AG, Lotus Development Corporation, SAP India between 1983 and 1999, at various strategic positions.
From April 1999, Indraneel has been associated as an independent consultant with the likes of IVL India (Indian subsidiary of an SAP AG partner), TriVium India (an Indian e-CRM product company), Phoenix Global, Lahari Media (India’s first digital music service provider), Cyber India Online (India’s first and largest IT portal) and Technology Media Group (promoters of India’s first 24-hour technology television channel), among others and contributed significantly towards Institution Building, Learning & Development and Organization Discovery.
Indraneel is a natural facilitator and coach. He, by choice, has made his own life an experiential lab. With an insatiable thirst and passion for learning, he has developed an uncanny wisdom and awareness of intra-personal, inter-personal and transpersonal processes by observing them in his own life and work contexts, well over two decades.
This ‘natural’ awakening of his wisdom has been re-inforced through his exposure to applied behavioural science (completed almost 800 hours of T-group labs) through his association with ISABS (1987 – 2003) and experience of facilitating process labs for more than 200 hours.
Indraneel is well versed in application of Adult Learning and Organization Development approaches and methodologies like Appreciative Enquiry, T-Group processes, Engaged Spirituality and Transaction Analysis. He also applies organization theories like Learning Organizations (Peter Senge), Living Organizations (Argus de Geus) and Evolving Organizations (Seth Godin) in his interventions.
Indraneel has a passion for music and as an amateur Indian classical instrumentalist has performed in many places, in India and abroad. He has integrated his musical talent with his deep understanding of human emotional dynamics to make available his services for what he calls as facilitating music-enabled wellness.
Indraneel is also a trained graphologist and grapho-therapist and often uses it as a tool in life-coaching and mentoring engagements.
A passionate crusader of Conscious Evolution and die-hard believer of human limitlessness, Indraneel practices engaged spirituality for conscious living and awareness and promote the same amongst individuals through his initiative – So’Ham (School for Human Awakening & Manifestation).
Indraneel’s effectiveness and deep influence as a facilitator and coach transcends methodologies and emerges as an eclectic influence from the mystic power of his presence.
Indraneel has trained, coached and developed around 50 sales professionals during 1994 – 1998, while he was with the corporate. Between 1998 and now, he has designed and facilitated around 3000 hours of interventions / workshops touching lives of close to 6000 individuals across more than fifty five client organizations.
Besides facilitating corporate learning and development programs, Indraneel has developed and institutionalized a proprietary learning architecture and several frameworks for learning. He has also conceptualised, designed and successfully facilitated several iProdigy signature programs (open programs) which includes, among others:
- iRetain – for line mangers and HR professionals to contribute to talent retention in their teams and organizations
- iServe – for professionals in any function to be naturally customer-centric
- Excellence in Learning Leadership – for managers, coaches, mentors and facilitators to touch lives of people they work with and come across and
- The Power Within – for any individual to uncover, enable and consciously evolve as a the innate human, in the give life and work contexts.
Essentially a prolific thinker and writer, evangelist and initiator, Indraneel contributes regularly to various columns / forums / management associations on various emerging trends in conscious evolution of individuals and organizations. He is also regularly featured and quoted in the media.
