- As a Founder and Principal Consultant of iProdigy Learning Services Private Limited (http://www.iprodigy.net) in these last eight years (2001 till present) he has established for himself the reputation of a being thought and practice leader in the realm of enterprise learning by introducing new approaches, frameworks and methodologies which ensure tangible business-relevance and impact of learning on business of the enterprises. During this period he has touched and transformed lives of close to 5000 individuals working across functions and responsibility bands working with more than 50 organizations across the country as a group learning enabler and a leadership / executive coach and mentor.
Some of the clients he has engaged with as a consultant and coach are the likes of ACS, CGI, First American Corporation, HP, Hughes, Mphasis (now EDS), Novell, SAP, Symphony and Tech Mahindra, among others.
- 2 years (1999 -2001) he has been an independent consultant associating with new-economy start-ups in the IT and Internet enabled services / media industry as business strategist, evangelist and enabler. During this period he was associated with the likes of TriVium, Lahari Media Online, Technology Media Group and Cyber Media Online, among others.
- The first 16 year (1983 – 1999) years he has been in strategic business development and marketing of software / IT solutions and services in India & overseas. Working with the likes of CMC, Fujitsu ICIM, the Computer System Division of Thermax Ltd. and RS Software at strategic levels, he has had a well-rounded exposure to traditional and contemporary disciplines of Business Analysis, Client / Program Management, Knowledge Management and Knowledge Process Outsourcing. Between 1998 and 1999 he worked with SAP India as its Marketing Manger for India and the sub-continent.
Indroneil’s is a multi-faceted prodigy.
As a strategic account management and business development professional he got early adopter to implement the first groupware and data warehousing solutions in India in mid-nineties. As a sales coach consultant he has enabled more than 2000 sales managers / executives to meet and exceed their sales quotas.
As a brand and marketing strategist he was instrumental in bringing up SAP’s market share from 49% to 61% during 1998 – 99. Using his proprietary framework, iBehave for behavioral branding (http://www.iprodigy.net/the_doing/ibehave_01.htm ) he enabled TriVium and IVL India (an Indian subsidiary of IVL Gmbh., an SAP partner) to discover and implement their strategic institutional brand.
As an enabler of human-ness and humanistic learning he has conceptualized and facilitated programs like The Power Within (http://www.iprodigy.net/the_power_within/tpw.htm), which is now a household name and forms the cornerstone of many of iProdigy’s offerings. More than 3000 individuals have benefitted from this program directly and indirectly, through its derivative offerings.
A Bachelor with Chemistry major from Kolkata Vishwavidyalaya, an MBA from IISWBM and alumni of ISABS (Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Sciences, Indroneil is a natural facilitator and coach. He, by choice, has made his own life an experiential lab. With an insatiable thirst and passion for conscious learning and living, he has developed an uncanny wisdom and awareness of humanistic processes by observing them in his own life and work contexts, well over two decades.
Indroneil is well versed in application of Adult Learning and Organization Development approaches and methodologies like Appreciative Enquiry, T-Group processes, Engaged Spirituality and Transaction Analysis.
